4-Hour Package: Ideal for compact projects like podcasts, testimonials, or simple processes. We deliver approximately 100 stock videos or the footage recorded during this time. Customize it with 1 or 2 cameras, drone shots, and standard or 360° format.

8-Hour Package: Designed for comprehensive coverage of events, interviews, or promotional videos. We deliver approximately 250 stock videos or footage recorded during this time. You can also customize the package with 1 or 2 cameras, drone footage, and standard or 360° format.

• How long does it take to receive the recorded material? The material is delivered within 12 hours of recording. 📦
• Do you write the script or do I provide it? You can provide the script or tell us what you need to record in a 15-minute chat. 📝 If you prefer us to write the script for you, you can hire our premium or intermediate editing services.
• Can they work in any industry? Yes, we have experience in various industries, from manufacturing to corporate services. 🏭
• What equipment do you use for filming? We work with advanced technology such as drones, DJI Osmo Pocket 3 cameras, and Insta360 equipment. 📹

• What happens if I don't schedule my recording within the allowed time? If you don't schedule within the first 15 calendar days after payment, the service will be subject to availability. ⏰

Customer responsibility: Please carefully review your selected specifications. In case of discrepancies (for example, booking for Querétaro but performing the service in Mexico City), we will adjust the price accordingly.

Service time: The contracted duration begins once our Shotdesign team is at the agreed location.

Delivery Time: ⏳ 3 business days from recording to final delivery.

Scheduling Policy: 📅 Clients have 15 calendar days to schedule their service after payment. During this period, they will receive automatic email reminders and personalized phone support to facilitate scheduling. If the service is not scheduled within this period, it will be subject to availability.
